Training and Support

At Windward we're aware of how daunting it can be when you're configuring new business software. In our twenty years we've helped hundreds of different kinds of businesses get up and running smoothly and painlessly.

Under most circumstances SpeedyPOS does not require training to use, but if you have trouble we’re here to help. Our expert staff have all been trained on every aspect of the software, so they can help you choose the right options during setup to make the software fit your business.
    On-Time Training

SpeedyPOS does not include training time with the purchase of the software, prepaid training modules or time blocks are available at extra cost. Once you have purchased training or support time blocks, we can schedule your lessons in several sessions so you get the training you need when you need it, instead of overloading you with things you don't need to know yet, and hoping you remember what you learned.

For example, you may not not need to know how a month-end is performed until you have loaded data into the system, started working with it, and reached your first month-end. By providing training when you need it we can make more efficient use of your valuable time.
    Technical Support

Technical support is not the same as training. Where training will allow you to set up and use the software, support is where we help you solve specific problems. We have dedicated, qualified support technicians who know the software inside and out, and in the unlikely event something breaks we're here to help. If your system is down, and it’s an emergency, we’ll pull out all the stops to ensure you get the support you need, day or night.

We utilize online technology for support as well as training. This allows us to connect to your system, when possible, to sort out your problems and get your system running again as fast as possible. SpeedyPOS was designed from the start to be configured and supported this way.
How Training Works

The majority of our training is done online. We use the internet and reliable, secure software so your computer and ours can share the same screen, allowing us to show you exactly how SpeedyPOS works. At the same time we will be on the phone talking to you and your staff, to explain what's happening onscreen.

With this configuration we are able to show you how to perform any of SpeedyPOS' functions. We can also, using this same system, observe your actions and solve problems in the unlikely event you have any.
